General Return Policy
Damage and shortage claims must be made within 3 business days of receipt of the shipment. Damaged products can be refused upon arrival. Please call 1-800-877-8628 to report damages and to request a Return Authorization Number.
Non-defective products may be returned within 30 days of delivery provided they are unused, like-new, in 100% saleable condition AND in the original manufacturer’s packaging. Please call 1-800-877-8628 to request a Return Authorization Number. Returns are subject to a 20% restock fee plus any applicable freight charges. Returned material without proper authorization will be refused.
Special Order material is not returnable.
Shipping Charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a shipping error, is damaged, or is defective.
A copy of the packing list or customer receipt must accompany all returns.
